James will Fuel EAST in '09 All-Star

The KING Lebron James is now leading as the starting small forward for the East Team of the coming NBA All Star 09 in Phoenix. Dwight Howard is leading all vote-getters with a record-breaking 3 million votes as of the moment while our main man King Lebron is also nearing that vote.

The fan balloting for the East did not really bring much surprise. The East All-Star Starting lineup will showcase Miami’s Dwyane Wade (2,741,413) and Detroit’s Allen Iverson (1,804,649) will be in the East’s backcourt, alongside reigning All-Star MVP LeBron James of Cleveland (2,940,823) and Boston’s Kevin Garnett (2,066,833), who beat New Jersey’s Yi Jianlian for the starting nod by 253,004 votes.

As the All-Star date approaches, every fan is now excited to see every star showcase their talents. Will the EAST do a repeat and win this year? Will our KING LEBRON JAMES be able to also do a threepeat and win another All-Star MVP?

Lebron James turns 24

James turned 24 last December 30, while his team played against the Miami Heat.

On the day he turned 24, James scored 24 of his 38 points in the second half, almost enough to rally Cleveland out of its biggest deficit of the season, a 16-point hole at halftime.

James' pro record on birthdays now drops to 0-3 with no luck at a W at all since playing in the NBA on his birthdays.
